Taylor Swift attended the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night! She took home three awards, winning Best Direction for “Opalite,” Video of the Year for “The Fate of Ophelia,” and the inaugural Artist Director Honors. These wins bring her career total to 33 MTV Video Music Awards, making her the most awarded artist in the event’s history. She also premiered the music video for her new song, “Patient Zero.” Taylor wore a Tamara Ralph Couture gown featuring a black mock-neck bodice and sheer side panels.
