Taylor Swift will celebrate the release of her eagerly anticipated seventh album, Lover, on Aug. 23 with an exclusive performance on SiriusXM as part of a Town Hall special. The set will include stripped-down performances of songs from the upcoming album as well as an intimate Q&A session with a select group of subscribers, according to a release announcing the special.

The Town Hall will air at 5 p.m. ET on SiriusXM Hits 1 (ch. 2), as well as the SiriusXM app and web player, with several rebroadcasts throughout the weekend on Hits 1. The performance will also be available as a Pandora Stories. “This is now the third consecutive time Taylor Swift has visited with SiriusXM on the same day as her new album release and we are once again thrilled to celebrate this moment with her,” Steve Blatter, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Music Programming, SiriusXM said in a statement. “Taylor is one of the most prolific and popular artists of our time and we couldn’t be more excited to have her perform some of her new songs and share stories about them with SiriusXM subscribers across North America.”

Swift will also do a sitdown one-on-one interview with SiriusXM Hits 1’s The Morning Mash-Up team to discuss the new album and host a takeover of Hits 1 for the weekend (Aug. 24-25), counting down the top 45 songs in North America and checking in with the week’s new tracks. The singer made news on Sunday night (Aug. 11) when she accepted the first-ever Icon award at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards when she announced that the album’s title track will drop this Friday (Aug. 16).
