iHeartMedia has announced that Taylor Swift will join the 2019 iHeartRadio Wango Tango lineup. Presented by Juvederm Collection of Dermal Fillers, Wango Tango will take place on June 1 at Dignity Health Sports Park (formerly StubHub Center) in Carson, Calif.
The Southern California show will also feature appearances from previously announced guests including the Jonas Brothers, Halsey, 5 Seconds of Summer, Zedd and Ally Brooke with special guest Tyga.
The day-long concert will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest and feature additional performances from Ava Max, Fletcher, and Tomorrow X Together.
he news of Swift’s appearance at the annual festival follows the release of her latest single “Me!” featuring Panic! At the Disco’s Brendon Urie. The single broke records for both YouTube and Vevo after it hit the internet at midnight on April 26. “Me!” is officially the Vevo video with the highest number of views within 24 hours of release, tallying more than 65 million views, Vevo announced on Sunday (April 28).
According to Billboard charts, participating iHeartMedia-owned pop and adult pop stations played “Me!” hourly in the song’s first day of release. Among all genres, the song’s plays in its first three days translated to 36.9 million in airplay audience.
Swift will perform the single for the first time live on Wednesday (May 1) at the Billboard Music Awards with an appearance from Urie.
The 102.7 KISS FM Wango Tango annual concert is well into its second decade having kicked off in 1998 with headliners Spice Girls and Mariah Carey. Freeform will exclusively broadcast a 90-minute television special on June 7 at 8pm ET/PT. In addition, LiveXLive will livestream the concert exclusively for fans nationwide on livexlive.com, and the event will also broadcast live via iHeartMedia radio stations throughout the country in 100 markets.
