Taylor New Album is coming out this Fall on October or November, She's has currently recorded a bunch of songs and she got to pic only 12 for the album, Here I collected all the info about the new album which cam straight out of Taylor's mouth or some trusted media. I also have some information about the track listing it can be found at the end of the page but its not 100% confirmed .

I’m really really really excited about the second album, you guys. I thought I would be stressing about it because everyone’s like "You have your whole life to write your first record, and one year to write your second blah blah blah" and I was feeling it for a few weeks (cough, cough.. months), wondering if we’d be able to beat the first record and which songs would be right for this next album..... Then we went into the studio. Everything changed. Everything is different now. Everything came together, and I am PINING AWAY for the release date this fall. I wrote most of the songs on this album by myself, although there is a prettttttty co-write with the pretttttty and amazingly flawless Colbie Caillat. I think I want to spell out codes in the lyrics again... Maybe they’ll all be names this time. Exact names of exact people who the songs were written about. Or maybe their initials or something like that. haha. On second thought... maybe not. ;-)

I’m completely going crazy thinking of ideas for the album photo shoots and the cd booklet and all of that stuff. I’m consumed and obsessed and SO excited that I get to make a second record. Hey, I’m still in awe of the fact that I got to make the first one.

I've recorded six songs, including one that I wrote with Colbie Caillat, that she's going to throw some harmonies on, which I can't even wait to hear. And I'm going in to record six more this week and then we have another session scheduled for summertime. We're really trying to just cut a bunch of stuff and put whatever is best on the album.

From unrated magazine interview:
"I wrote this song that I'm really excited about called "Fearless." It's about the best first date that I haven't been on yet. I just try and put myself in the position of "this is really happening,' and what would happen on the coolest first date. I think it's really going to be cool for people to see that sort of song coming out of me. I would tell you about every single song on the album right now, I just can't wait for you to hear it" . The new album will contain 13 songs "I've got, like, 75 written, and we just have to whittle it down to whatever number of songs we want to put on the album, and start recording".

"I recently wrote a song with Colbie Caillat, who's No. 1 on my 'Cool
People List'," Swift tells Dial-Global. "She's got this amazing album that I've fallen in love with, and I got the great opportunity to write a song with her. I've got this awesome tape of us both singing it, and I'm playing guitar and she starts singing these backup vocals and I'm like, 'Oh my God, she's got the best voice ever.' And so that's a really cool thing that I'm very excited about on this album."

Swift has also written a song with good buddy Kellie Pickler that will appear on Pickler's sophomore album. Swift's new album is due later this year.
