‪Upcoming Kenny Chesney Live Album to Feature Duet with Taylor‬

Kenny Chesney’s upcoming concert album will feature guest performances by Dave Matthews, Eric Church, Mac McAnally, David Lee Murphy, Old Dominion, Grace Potter, Taylor Swift and the Zac Brown Band.

Chesney announced the 30 tracks for Live in No Shoes Nation on Tuesday (Aug. 15). The album will be released on Oct. 27.

In addition to many of his biggest hits, several of Chesney’s more obscure songs are featured, including “I’m Alive,” “Coastal” and “Happy on the Hey Now.”

The 30 songs were recorded over a 10-year period beginning in 2007 at stadium shows, pop-up bar gigs, amphitheaters and beach concerts.

“When I told the record company how many songs, they thought I’d lost my mind,” Chesney said of the new album. “And that was before we added ‘Young,’ which really started and defined this chapter, to the list.”

Here’s the complete track listing for Live in No Shoes Nation:

“Flora-Bama”
“Summertime”
“Big Star” (with Taylor Swift)
“Boston”
“When I See This Bar” (with Eric Church)

Taylor Swift ‘1989’ Tour

“You’re not going to see me playing the banjo,” Taylor Swift warned Rolling Stone at the outset of her 1989 world tour. On her Speak Now and Red tours, she claimed her turf at the crossroads of country, pop and classic arena rock. But for 1989, Swift made her bold move into full-on dance pop. She turned up the glitz with new material like “New Romantics” and “Blank Space” (“blatant pop music,” as she put it), but she didn’t compromise on her trademark emotional overshares, whether opening up in confessional interludes or torching up ballads (“Clean”).

Taylor’s Music Returning to Spotify & Other Streaming Services Tonight

Taylor Swift is getting back together with a few of her famous exes, including Spotify and Pandora.

The pop star’s representative confirmed her full catalog will return to all streaming platforms Friday. Her official Instagram fan account, Taylor Nation, posted the news Thursday (June 8).

Swift’s five albums, including 1989, also will be available on Tidal, Amazon and other streaming platforms, her rep said in a statement.

“In celebration of 1989 selling over 10 Million Albums Worldwide and the RIAA’s 100 Million Song Certification announcement, Taylor wants to thank her fans by making her entire back catalog available to all streaming services tonight at midnight,” the statement said.

Swift removed her music from Spotify in 2014 around the release of 1989, a Grammy-winning multi-hit pop album. No streaming service besides Apple Music was able to stream it. Swift allowed Apple to stream it after the music platform decided to pay artists royalties during its free three-month trial.

Swift’s hits include “Shake It Off,” ”We Are Never Getting Back Together” and “You Belong With Me.”

Taylor Donates $1 Million For Flood Relief

Taylor recently donated $1 million dollars towards Louisiana flood relief. The Red Cross has characterized this as the worst US natural disaster since Sandy. Taylor spoke on how heartbreaking it was hearing that people were forced out of their homes.

“We began The 1989 World Tour in Louisiana, and the wonderful fans there made us feel completely at home.”

Taylor Swift is donating $1 million to Louisiana flood relief after torrential rains caused massive flooding in the state and killed at least 11 people.

Swift told The Associated Press on Tuesday (Aug. 16) that Louisiana residents graciously welcomed her when she kicked off the U.S. dates of her 1989 World Tour in the state last year.

“We began The 1989 World Tour in Louisiana, and the wonderful fans there made us feel completely at home. The fact that so many people in Louisiana have been forced out of their own homes this week is heartbreaking,” the 26-year-old said in a statement.

The flooding is some of the worst in Louisiana history, damaging at least 40,000 homes. More than 60,000 people have registered for disaster aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency after widespread flooding hit the state, according to Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards’ office.
